style="font-size:12.0000pt">滤波器的主要功能是允许或者阻止一定频率的信号传输到泄漏检测端(如耳机或者显示屏)。本检测仪器采用带通滤波器来实现上述功能，带通滤波器的通带频率由高通滤波器来实现，阻带频率由低通滤波器来实现。通过选择不同的通带频率和阻带频率就可以实现多种带通滤波。不同的通带阻带范围通常对应着不同的管材、管径、埋层等实际检测条件。</span></span></p><h3><strong><span style="font-family:黑体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">1.4.2　陷波器</span></span></strong></h3><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">陷波器实现阻止某个频率点的信号。在国内，工频频率采用50Hz。电气设备产生的电磁干扰的频率通常为50Hz及其倍频，通过工频陷波器可以降低50Hz的干扰信号对检测仪器的影响。</span></span></p><h3><strong><span style="font-family:黑体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">1.4.3　zui小值</span></span></strong></h3><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">传感器获取的信号是泄漏信号与各种环境干扰信号的混合信号。</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">环境干扰信号具有不确定性</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">，</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">而管道泄漏产生的振动信号是连续存在的，且相对稳定</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">。所以，泄漏信号与环境干扰信号的混合信号也表现出时大时小的不确定性。在检测的某个瞬间，如果干扰相对于泄漏信号来说小到可以忽略，此时传感器接收到的信号可认为是泄漏信号，并被称之为</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:黑体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">zui小值</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">。JT-1A地下管线泄漏探测仪通过高分辨传感器以及现代数字信号处理技术，能在一段检测时间段内准确地捕捉到zui小值。在一个新的检测时间段内若有更微弱的环境干扰，即对应着一个更接近泄漏信号的zui小值，那么该zui小值将替换前一个zui小值。若后一个zui小值大于前一个zui小值，那么前一个zui小值将保持不变而不会被更新。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">在泄漏检测时，稳定的zui小值的大小与传感器接近泄漏点的距离有对应关系，是对泄漏点进行定位的重要依据。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">JT-1A地下管线泄漏探测仪将zui小值以数字化的形式显示在主机的液晶屏上，在对泄漏进行检测时，</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">水平柱状条用来表示传感器获取的泄漏信号的强度大小。水平条柱状条的长度与信号的强度成比例关系，并被归一化到00~100。</span></span></p><h3><strong><span style="font-family:黑体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">泄漏状态与检测条件的多样与复杂形成了管道泄漏检测是多模式的。根据泄漏信号频谱的分布特点，可将检测模式分为低频、中频或者高频模式。例如，主管道上的泄漏由于其管径较大，其产生的泄漏信号通常在低频段，此时采用低频模式并配以适合的滤波，能较好地实现泄漏检测。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">等待工作页面如图3.5.1所示。等待工作页面上显示有陷波降噪状态、环境噪声降噪状态、锂电池电量状态，灵敏度状态、滤波区间值显示。在等待工作的显示页面下，陷波降噪、环境噪声降噪、锂电池电量、灵敏度、滤波区间状态或值均可以通过面板操作按钮进行设定或改变。</span></span></p><p style="font-size:12.0000pt">基本检测方法：连接好探测仪各部件，在所需检测管道的上方路面沿着管道方向放置传感器，戴上耳机&nbsp;，开始监听管道。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">进行检测时，将传感器放置在合适的位置，并通过不停地移动传感器，以准确地判断泄漏点的位置。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">当手柄的*开关按下时，反映信号强度的水平柱状条和zui小值将根据信号的强度显示归一化到0~100的zui小值数值以及与之对应的柱状条，如图3.6.1所示。</span></span></p><p style="text-align:center"><img style="font-size:12.0000pt">zui小值</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">：手柄*开关按下时开始（一直按着开关不松开），直至手柄开关松开之前这段时间内，检测点的zui小连续振动量。因压力管网泄漏信号通常为连续振动量，通过zui小值检测法排除了间断的环境干扰振动量，通过比较各检测点的连续振动量的大小，</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">zui小值显示值越大</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">，得知靠漏点越近。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">例如，当我们放置传感器在压力管道上面路面进行监测时，获得A点zui小值为40，B点zui小值55，C点zui小值89，D点zui小值65，E点zui小值30,。那此段管道zui接近泄漏点的位置应该为C点。</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1><strong><span style="font-family:黑体"><span style="font-size:16.0000pt">4.　泄漏探测方法</span></span></strong></h1><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">当埋地压力管道发生泄漏，由于地下管道内部有压力，内外存在压力差，从而导致泄漏水、油、气液体会喷出，在这种情况下，传感器采集到的泄漏声中包括以下几种信号：气液体声、气液体与介质的碰撞声、气液体与管道壁的摩擦声、以及管道的振动声。这几种声音混合在一起，简称为泄漏声。泄漏声音的大小以及频谱分布(音质)会根据管压、埋层介质、管材、管径等因素的不同而不同。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">要确定泄漏点，尽管在地下管线泄漏探测仪的帮助下，泄漏声还会受到地面各种情况的影响。因此，zui终泄漏声的确定还需要检测人员对泄漏振动信号辨别的灵敏性。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">沿着地下管到的走向，不停地移动传感器，并观察信号强度水平条。当传感器移到泄漏点的正上方，距离泄漏点zui近时，信号强度水平条将达到zui大值。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span
