font-size:12pt">该仪器主要由电流检测电路，时间控制电路、电源、电机驱动电路和加热测温等几部分组成。通过加热管将试样加热到规定温度，然后在试样上同时加电压和负荷。当试样间通过</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.5mA</span><span style="font-family:宋体; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">取长度约</span><span style="font-size:12pt">800mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">的试样，其一端从左夹线装置下穿过试验模具的十字槽，另一端从右夹线装置下穿过试验模具的十字槽。试样压在左、右、前、后四个夹线装置下，并旋紧四个夹线装置的破漆螺母，此时&ldquo;接通指示&rdquo;灯亮，如不亮，则应将压在夹线装置下的试样部位破漆，然后从左右夹线装置中间将试样剪断，&ldquo;接通指示&rdquo;灯熄灭。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.6</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">根据试样的标称直径和相应的标准规定，将&ldquo;预热时间&rdquo;继电器设定为规定的预热时间，将&ldquo;试验时间&rdquo;继电器设定为规定的施加负荷和试验电压的时间。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.7</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">根据试样的标称直径和相应标准规定的负荷重量，在砝码架上放置随机配置的相应重量砝码。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.8</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">按下&ldquo;计时&rdquo;按钮，此时时间控制电路工作，对试样进行预热，预热时间到后，仪器自动轻轻地将负荷施加在试样上。同时在两试样间施加</span><span style="font-size:12pt">100</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10V</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">的交流电压，施加负荷和电压的时间为已设定的时间。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.9</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">试样被击穿或试验时间达到设定时间，仪器自动将负荷抬起同时切断电压。如果试样被击穿，则&ldquo;击穿指示&rdquo;灯亮，并发出报警声响，&ldquo;试验时间&rdquo;继电器显示试样被击穿的时间，仪器抬起负荷到位后报警声响自动停止。按&ldquo;复位&rdquo;按钮，使&ldquo;击穿指示&rdquo;灯熄灭。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.10 </span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">取下试样。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.11 </span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">做下一个试验，重复</span><span style="font-size:12pt">4.5-4.10</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">条的操作。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.12 </span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">试验完毕，关掉加热开关，电源开关。</span></p><p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:黑体; font-size:15pt">五、仪器的使用注意事项</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.1</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">开始使用该仪器时，应按本说明书第</span><span style="font-size:12pt">4.2-4.3</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">条规定，使加热模具加热到试样标准规定的试验温度，才能插入试样。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.2</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">如遇中途停电，重新开始试验，而砝码处在压下位置时，必须按本说明书第</span><span style="font-size:12pt">4.4</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">条操作。使电机旋转，抬起砝码。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.3</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">一定要在&ldquo;电源&rdquo;开关接通后，才能按&ldquo;加热&rdquo;开关。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.4</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">试样预热时间是从&ldquo;计时&rdquo;开关按下开始。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.5</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">对直径为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.2mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">以上的试样，允许拉伸校直，伸长率应不大于</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1%</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">的试样每次取三根，两根并排放置，并应连接在一起，第三根试样置于前两根试样的上面。</span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">注意：</span><span style="font-size:12pt"> 1. </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">取下砝码必须在仪器降至室温时进行，避免烫伤。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
