font-size:15pt">三、仪器的工作原理</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">本仪器是采用电压法测量漆膜连续性即漆膜是否有缺陷。其原理为仪器产生一稳定的直流试验电压，该电压加在浸透了浓度为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">30g</span><span style="font-size:12pt">/I</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">的硫酸钠溶液中（毛毡）电极上。仪器的收线轮接到测量输入电路。试验时，试样以</span><span style="font-size:12pt">16.5</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1.5mm</span><span style="font-size:12pt">/min</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">的速度在两电极之运行，一旦试样的漆层有缺陷，试验电压即通过（毛毡）电极&rarr;漆层缺陷&rarr;收线轮&rarr;测量输入电路构成电流回路，当试样绝缘电阻＜</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10K</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&Omega;时，仪器的缺陷计数器记录一个缺陷。当试验存在连续缺陷和每秒大于</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">个的缺陷时，仪器的检测辨别电路将使缺陷计数器只记录该段缺陷的*个缺陷，且连续缺陷指示灯亮，指示试样存在连续缺陷。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:黑体; font-size:15pt">四、仪器的使用方法和操作步骤</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">1</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、插上电源插头，将电源开关打开。仪器的各操作部分如图所示。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">2</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、启动水泵：使硫酸钠溶液全部泵至上盐水槽后，即停止泵水。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">3</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">首先将试样穿过穿线猪尾和阻尼装置，绕经导轮，至毛毡电极和擦试毛毡之间</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&rarr;导轮2&rarr;收线轮上破漆装置。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">4.2&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">拧松破漆装置的滚花螺钉，将试样的线头压在破漆装置的两夹块中间，拧紧滚花螺钉，顺时针转动收线轮，使试样在收线轮上绕</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1-2</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">圈，至止，升起毛毡电极，放下擦线上毛毡，使试样从毛毡的中间通过。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、按产品试验标准预置试验长度。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">6</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、按一下连续缺陷清零按键，使连续缺陷指示灯熄灭。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">7</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、按检测按键，仪器的缺陷和长度计数自动清零，收线轮启动，仪器进入正常检测。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">8</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、当试样有缺陷时，缺陷显示数码管自动显示缺陷数。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">9</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、当试样有连续缺陷和每秒钟大于</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">个的缺陷时，仪器的连续缺陷指示灯亮，指示试样存在连续缺陷。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">10</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、当检测完设预置度时，仪器自动停机。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">11</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、检测下一个试样时，重复按本方法和操作步骤的</span><span style="font-size:12pt">3-9</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">条进行。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">12</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、工作完毕时，关掉电源开关，然后旋下放水螺帽，将盐水排净，能用清水冲洗一次，以免硫酸钠溶液结晶。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:黑体; font-size:15pt">五、仪器的使用注意事项</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">为使试验准确请严格遵守本注意事项</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">1</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、主机电源必须采用三孔插座，并妥善接地。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">2</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、硫酸钠溶液必须按规定比例配制（浓度为：</span><span style="font-size:12pt">30g</span><span style="font-size:12pt">/I</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">），硫酸钠溶液只能从下盐水槽加入，一次zui多添加</span><span style="font-size:12pt">500ml</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">，否则硫酸钠溶液会溢出，造成电器短路损坏仪器。（加入硫酸钠溶液后，严禁移动仪器，否则会溢出，造成电器短路。）</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">3</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、试样运行过程中，不能开停水泵，否则将影响试验结果的准确性。可先将溶液泵至上盐水槽后停止水泵，再试验。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">4</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、试样线头应插入破漆装置两夹块中间，并拧紧夹块上的滚花螺钉，这样才能使试样线芯与检测回路接通。只有当试样线芯与检测回路接通时，试验结果才是准确的。经一段时间使用后，应更换破漆装置的刀片（普通卷笔刀用刀片），并调整刀口露出高度，使破漆装置即能破漆又不夹断试样。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、每次开机前应采用仪器设置的</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10K</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&Omega;和</span><span style="font-size:12pt">15K</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&Omega;两个校验按键以模拟试样对仪器进行校验，检查仪器是否能正常工作。按一次</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10K</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&Omega;按键，仪器的缺陷计数数码管启示一个缺陷，按下</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10K</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&Omega;的按键时间超过</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.1S</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">时，除记录一个缺陷外，连续缺陷指示灯亮，指示连续缺陷。如连续指示灯不亮，则按一下&ldquo;连续缺陷清零&rdquo;按键，使仪器检测电路处于是初始状态后再重复上述校验。当按下</span><span style="font-size:12pt">15K</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&Omega;按键时，仪器应不显示缺陷和连续缺陷。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">6</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、试样在仪器中所受的力，在仪器出厂前已调整为＜</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.03N </span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">，如有变化，可调整下盐水槽底部的压力微调螺丝钉使之符合要求。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">7</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、本仪器的试验电压为稳定的</span><span style="font-size:12pt">50</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">3V</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">的直流电压，一般无须要检验。开机时，可用直流电压表测量盐水槽（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">+</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">）和收线轮破线装置（－）之间的电压。如发现超差，可稍稍调整仪器背面电源支架上的电位器，使试验电压为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">50</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">3V</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">8</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12pt">、两毛毡电极应经常清洗或更换，并调整两毛毡电极的中心和高度，以保证电极的宽度为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">20</span><span style="font-family:宋体;
