style="font-size:12pt">IEC851-5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">标准规定而设计的一种多用途交流电压试验仪器。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">1.1</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">穿电压值或耐压值。根据所选择的试验电压，仪器以一定的升压速度输出交流电压加在试样两端。一旦试样击穿或高压回路达到</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.5mA</span><span style="font-size:12pt">电流时，自动切断高压，仪器发出声、光报警，数字电压表显示击穿电压值并保持一段时间，电压自动下降，仪器复位。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">3.2</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">特点：</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器能一次装夹一组（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">个）试样，能根据所选择的试样逐个或单独完成任一试样的击穿或耐压试验。仪器在试验电压的初、次级回路均设有电流检测，比较装置，因而动作电流灵敏、准确。仪器的试验箱门具有安全联锁装置和指示，具有可靠的安全保护措施。能与外附恒温箱配套可进行高温击穿和耐压试验。仪器还随机配有同时装夹五个试样的圆棒法试验夹具和相关砝码。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">）时，试验电压指示（数字电压表）在左边*位分别表示为千位或（万位）。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">如：</span><span style="font-size:12pt">500V</span><span style="font-size:12pt">档，电压表显示</span><span style="font-size:12pt">04858</span><span style="font-size:12pt">，此时，试验电压为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">485.8V</span><span style="font-size:12pt">。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">如：</span><span style="font-size:12pt">2500V</span><span style="font-size:12pt">和</span><span style="font-size:12pt">15000V</span><span style="font-size:12pt">档，电压表显示</span><span style="font-size:12pt">01658</span><span style="font-size:12pt">，此时，试验电压为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1658V</span><span style="font-size:12pt">。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.2</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">击穿电压试验：</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.2.1</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">打开试验箱门，工作指示灯熄灭，按试样的不同试验方法（扭绞法、圆棒法或钢珠法）将一组（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">个）试样一次装夹插入高压电极内。作扭绞试验时，较粗的试样一般将试样直接插入高压电极的两个孔内。作圆棒法试样试验时，则用随机配置的试验夹具装夹。试样装夹后再插入高压电极孔内，关好试验箱门，工作指示灯亮，否则试验不能进行。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.2.2</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">将试样开关拨至第</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1</span><span style="font-size:12pt">个试样，掀动升压杆，仪器则根据所选择的电压档以相应速度升压。当试样被击穿时，仪器发出报警声，击穿指示灯亮。记录下所显示的试验电压值。仪器自动复位，复位指示灯亮，复位后，复位指示灯熄灭。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">将试样选择开关拨至</span><span style="font-size:12pt">II</span><span style="font-size:12pt">，重复上述操作，直至完成一组（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">个）试样的试验。当进行下一组试样试验时，试样选择开关可以从第</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5 </span><span style="font-size:12pt">个试样反方向对试样逐个试验，以减少的选择开关拨动次数。试验箱内</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5 </span><span style="font-size:12pt">个高压电极，从左至右分别对应试样选择开关的</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1</span><span style="font-size:12pt">、</span><span style="font-size:12pt">2</span><span style="font-size:12pt">、</span><span style="font-size:12pt">3</span><span style="font-size:12pt">、</span><span style="font-size:12pt">4</span><span style="font-size:12pt">、</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">个试样。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.3&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">耐压试验</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.3.1</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">按击穿电压试验方法装好试样和选择试验电压，将试样编号。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.3.2</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">根据需对试样施加试验电压的时间，将</span><span style="font-size:12pt">JS11S</span><span style="font-size:12pt">时间继电器的编码按键设置为所需时间，时间设置范围为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0~999</span><span style="font-size:12pt">秒。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.3.3</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">掀动升压杆，仪器开始升压，当试验电压指示为所需电压时，按下耐压按钮，仪器则以该电压施加于试样两端，直至试样被击穿或达到所设置的试验时间。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.4&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">试验箱外试验</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.4.1</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">当需在试验箱外作高温击穿、耐压试验时，则打开仪器右箱门，用随机配置的高压线，将试验电压引出，按上述击穿或耐压试验操作步骤进行。</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size:15pt">五、仪器的使用注意事项</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.1</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">由于本仪器试验电压高达交流</span><span style="font-size:12pt">20000V</span><span style="font-size:12pt">，应对高压变压器、调压器接触面、高压线、试验箱内高压电极定期进行清扫，可采用无水乙醇擦抹，高压电极清扫周期应不少于每周一次，</span><span style="font-size:12pt">（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">注意进行以上操作时必须切断本仪器电源）。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.2 </span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器的外壳接地应良好，接地电阻要小，符合电气设备外壳接地要求。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.3 </span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">一组试样试验完毕时，必须等复位指示灯熄灭后，才允许打开试验箱门，更换试样。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.4</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">为保证操作人员的生命安全，门开关禁止短路使用。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.5</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器的主机电源，采用三芯插头联接，主机电源应由交流稳压电源供电，以保证仪器的正常运行和试验结果准确。主机电源插座应根据插头的标记，严格按下图联接，以保证安全。同时仪器的接地端子应可靠地接好地线，否则，仪器将不能正常工作，甚至损坏高压变压器。</span></p><p><span
