style="font-size:15pt">述</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">智能单向刮漆试验仪<span style="font-size:12pt">ZDG-25</span>是根据</span><span style="font-size:12pt">GB/T4074.3-2008</span><span style="font-size:12pt">和</span><span style="font-size:12pt">IEC60851-3:1997</span><span style="font-size:12pt">标准规定而设计的一种全自动试验仪器。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">用于检测标称直径</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.25mm</span><span style="font-size:12pt">及以上的漆包线的漆膜耐刮性能。该仪器采用微机控制，试验时只要键入所加砝码重量，仪器即能自动完成放下刮杆，刮破停机计算并显示刮破力，抬起刮杆，回零复位，试样等距离旋转</span><span style="font-size:12pt">120</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&deg;等三次试验的全部过程。并自动计算和显示三次刮破力及平均刮破力，按一下&ldquo;检查&rdquo;键，仪器能重新显示三次刮破力和平均刮破力。因此，仪器具有操作简单，三次试验自动完成。灵敏度高、重复性好、稳定可靠的特点。仪器造型美观、体积小、重量轻。</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器采用对试样施加一稳定的直流试验电压，荷重刮漆装置向左移动，对试样的压力逐渐增加，直至将试样刮破（或试验回路达试验击穿电流时）产生相应的刮破信号，计算机根据该信号进行计算存贮，并发出抬起刮刀、返回、试样转动</span><span style="font-size:12pt">120</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&deg;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">等指令，重复三次，自动完成全部试验过程。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:15pt">四、仪器的使用操作方法</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器各操作部件见图所示</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.1&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">插上电源插头，开启电源开关，此时仪器的数码管显示&ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">H---</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&rdquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">,</span><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器的刮刀处在抬起位置，试样旋转装置自动&ldquo;复位&rdquo;，数码管显示&ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">P---</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&rdquo;。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.2&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">将被测试样一端压在破漆螺母下，另一端穿过左、右穿线套</span><span style="font-size:12pt">,</span><span style="font-size:12pt">稍稍拉紧后压在压线螺母下，逆时针旋转校直试样螺母</span><span style="font-size:12pt">,</span><span style="font-size:12pt">使试样拉直。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.3&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">旋松工作台紧定螺钉，移动有机玻璃工作台，使其与试样紧密接触，然后拧紧紧定螺钉。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.4&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.6&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">确认输入值正确后，按一下&ldquo;输入&rdquo;键，仪器则进入检测状态。自动完成对试样按其截面</span><span style="font-size:12pt">120</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&deg;分度，三次刮漆试验。并显示三次刮破力值和其平均刮破力值。试验完毕自动停机。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.7&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">需要检查本次试验结果，按一下&ldquo;检查&rdquo;键，则可自动读出。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.8&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">需继续按同样的参数（相同的砝码重量）对下一个试样试验，装夹好新的试样后，只要按一下&ldquo;重复&rdquo;键，则仪器按已输入的参数，重复完成对新试样的试验。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.9&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">如需改变参数，（砝码重量）试验，则按下&ldquo;复位&rdquo;键，待显示&ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">P---"</span><span style="font-size:12pt">后，再按照</span><span style="font-size:12pt">2-6</span><span style="font-size:12pt">条操作。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.10 </span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">输入砝码重量时，一定要同时键入小数点，例如：砝码重量为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5N</span><span style="font-size:12pt">时，应输入&ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">5.0</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&rdquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">，</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10N</span><span style="font-size:12pt">时应输入&ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">10.0</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&rdquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">，否则仪器将不显示刮破力值。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">4.11 </span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">试验完毕，关掉电源开关。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt">。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:15pt">五、仪器的调校与主要技术指标的检测</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.1&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">试验电压：打开仪器的电源开关，用</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">级的直流电压表测量仪器的试验电压。电压表的正表笔接破漆螺母</span><span style="font-size:12pt">（13）</span><span style="font-size:12pt">，负表笔接刮头</span><span style="font-size:12pt">（8）</span><span style="font-size:12pt">。直流试验电压应为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">6.5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.5V</span><span style="font-size:12pt">。如超差可打开仪器的上盖板，调节主控电路板上的电位器</span><span style="font-size:12pt">R18</span><span style="font-size:12pt">。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.2&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">短路电流：用</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.5</span><span style="font-size:12pt">级的直流电流表测量仪器短路电流。电流表的正表笔接破漆螺母（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">13</span><span style="font-size:12pt">），负笔接刮头（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">8</span><span style="font-size:12pt">），电流表显示电流为＜</span><span style="font-size:12pt">20mA</span><span style="font-size:12pt">。如超差可调节主控电路板上电位器</span><span style="font-size:12pt">R19</span><span style="font-size:12pt">。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">5.3&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">刮破力误差：加上负荷，输入该负荷值，当刮破装置向左移动至某一位置时，按下位于仪器前面</span><span style="font-size:12pt">板上的方形校验按钮，此时仪器刮漆装置停止动作，用刮破力检测装置检测仪器显示的刮破力。检测完毕后必须按方形校验按钮，使之复位。</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size:15pt">六、对仪器的故障的检修</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">6.1&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器其它正常，仅发生抬放刮杆，旋转</span><span style="font-size:12pt"> 120</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&deg;前进，返回等某一动作不正常，则可更换&ldquo;固态继电器电路板&rdquo;。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">6.2&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">当更换&ldquo;固态继电器电路板&rdquo;后仪器故障仍不能排除，则可更换&ldquo;主控电路板&rdquo;。</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size:15pt">七、仪器的使用及注意事项</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">7.1&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器电源必须使用符合国家标准的三芯电源插座，必须按下图妥善接好，且接地可靠。</span></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<img alt="" style="font-size:12pt">按下电源开关后，数码管应能显示&ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">H---</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&rdquo;仪器自动&ldquo;复零&rdquo;后数码管显示&ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">P---</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&rdquo;。如显示不正确，可按一下&ldquo;复位&rdquo;键，如仍显示不正确，则可能是电源插座接触不良。可关掉电源开关，检查插座后，重新开机试验。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">7.3&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">试样压在破漆螺母（</span><span style="font-size:12pt">13</span><span style="font-size:12pt">）下时，外表漆层一般即可压破，其线芯即与工作台接触，如线芯与工作台接触不好，仪器可能出现刮破不停机，此时应检查试样线芯是否与工作台接触良好。如接触不好，则可将漆包线端破漆后压在破漆螺母下。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">7.4&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">装在仪器上和随机配置的左、右穿线帽分大、小两副，穿线孔为&phi;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1mm</span><span style="font-size:12pt">的适用于</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&Phi;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">0.5~</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&Phi;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1.0mm</span><span style="font-size:12pt">的试样。穿线孔为</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&Phi;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">3mm</span><span style="font-size:12pt">的适用于</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&Phi;</span><span style="font-size:12pt">1~2.5mm</span><span style="font-size:12pt">的试样，使用时，应按上述要求调换，以保证试样处于中心位置。调换穿线帽时，不应将穿线帽旋得太紧，以免造成</span><span style="font-size:12pt">120</span><span style="font-size:12pt">&deg;旋转不灵活。</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt">7.5&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt">仪器前面板上的方形&ldquo;校验&rdquo;按钮，只有在用测力装置检测刮破力误差时才按下，工作时必须处于弹起位置。否则，仪器将不能正常工作。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:15pt">八、其</span><span style="font-size:15pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;
